Wataniya Bitumen & Oil Refinery

Located near the Samawa Refinery, this "grassroots" facility is designed and licensed by Pörner Group (Austria). It features a Biturox® Bitumen Blowing Unit with a capacity of 500,000 MTPA to produce premium paving and industrial grades.

Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit (NHT)

Developed in partnership with Khairat Abar Iraqiya, this unit has a daily treating capacity of 4,000,000 BPA. It utilises Honeywell UOP technology to remove impurities from raw naphtha, producing high-purity feedstocks that meet EURO V specifications.

Vacuum Distillation Unit (VDU)

A new upstream expansion with a capacity of 900,000 MTPA designed to enhance the existing bitumen production process.

Special Boiling Point Spirit (SBPS) Unit

Managed by Jibal Khadra, this project produces high-quality hydrocarbon solvents with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons.

Saman Cement Plant

A fully integrated cement manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million tonnes, supplying ordinary Portland and sulphate-resistant grades to Iraqi and regional markets.

Jibal Khadra Aggregates & Asphalt

Quarrying, crushing, and asphalt-mixing operations supporting both group-owned projects and external infrastructure contracts.

Concrete Batching Network

A network of ready-mix plants strategically placed across the central and northern governorates to serve large-scale civil and commercial sites.

Saman Power Plant

A combined-cycle facility with a current installed capacity of 120 MW, supplying the Group's industrial complex and contributing surplus to the national grid.

Co-Generation Expansion

A planned addition of 60 MW using waste-heat recovery from adjacent cement and refining operations, scheduled for commissioning within the next development phase.

High-Voltage Substation

A dedicated 132 kV substation linking plant output to the national transmission network and feeding internal industrial loads.

Wataniya Steel Re-Bar Mill

A rolling mill producing deformed reinforcement bars to BS 4449 grade B500B, with a target output of 300,000 tonnes per annum to serve the construction and infrastructure markets.

Naphtha Hydrotreating Operations

High-purity processing aligned with EURO V specifications, delivered through Khairat Abar Iraqiya in partnership with the Group's refining operations.

Fabrication & Workshop Yard

Heavy-fabrication facilities producing structural steel assemblies, pressure vessels, and process piping for Group EPC projects.

Industrial Equipment Sourcing

International procurement framework supplying capital equipment, spare parts, and consumables to Group operations and third-party industrial clients.

Bulk Commodity Distribution

Wholesale distribution of cement, bitumen, steel, and refined products via Group-owned logistics and warehousing infrastructure.

Exclusive distributor agreements with international manufacturers across chemicals, machinery, and building-material categories.
