Three Pillars

Responsibility built into how we operate.

Across cement, bitumen, steel, power, and contracting, our teams hold themselves to one standard — leave each site, supplier relationship, and community better than we found it. Three principles guide the work:

  • 1People & Safety — Training, fair employment, and a zero-incident mindset on every shift.
  • 2Environment — Emissions reduction, water stewardship, and progressive site rehabilitation.
  • 3Community — Local hiring, supplier development, and long-term investment where we operate.

A full report covering targets, metrics, and partner programmes is in preparation. We'll publish it here as soon as it's ready.

Day to Day

Small commitments, repeated everywhere.

Responsibility isn't a separate department at Wataniya — it shows up in the daily decisions of plant managers, drivers, foremen, and engineers. Safety briefings before every shift. Local suppliers chosen first whenever specifications allow. Apprenticeships for school‑leavers in the towns around our sites.

We don't claim to have every answer. We do commit to measuring honestly, publishing what we learn, and improving steadily — year on year, site by site.
